About the team
Based in our Danish headquarters, you will become part of our growing IT team, working cross borders with other IT specialists, spread across Denmark, Norway, Greece, and the United Kingdom.
The IT team is part of our Finance & Operations department, comprising colleagues in their respective fields, supporting our entire workforce spread across 16 countries.
About the position
As our IT Compliance Coordinator you will take on a specialized and independent role within the world of IT insurance, joining a highly skilled, agile, and multinational team. You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders and have the opportunity to shape the role according to your vision, as you will be the sole dedicated specialist within The RiskPoint Group.
You will develop and maintain a structured compliance framework, covering the implementation of IT compliance policies and procedures, IT risk, IT controls, data protection, cybersecurity, and governance. Some initiatives will be implemented directly by you, and others in collaboration with selected vendors or internal teams. In all cases, you will set the direction and take the lead.
You will be challenged with complex tasks, influence future projects and growth, and have the opportunity for both personal and professional development.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Creating and enforcing IT governance and compliance policies and procedures
- Working with the IT risk assessment framework and appropriate controls, analyzing data to identify and address compliance issues
- Recommending corrective actions to improve compliance
- Establishing data protection measures with a strong emphasis on security
- Coordinating training sessions, developing educational materials, and providing continuous support to ensure that employees understand and adhere to all IT compliance requirements
- Assisting with IT audits and assessments, both internal and external, by providing documentation and coordinating with auditors

We hope you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related law/legal field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT compliance or a similar field
- Strong understanding of IT compliance regulations and standards, as well as best practices such as ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, SOC 2, DORA, or NIS2, and the like Professional certifications related to IT compliance, such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CIPP, are desirable but not required
- Familiarity with IT audit processes and frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or COBIT, is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Project management skills
- A trustworthy, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude
As we operate cross borders, strong written and spoken skills in both Danish and English are essential. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage. The position is on-site in Copenhagen, and you must have a valid work permit prior to applying for the position.
