We are looking to expand our Human Resources team with a Reward and Analytics Advisor, ideally in Norway, who has a passion for remuneration matters, employee benefits, data analytics, and systems.

About the team

Our HR department was established in April 2021, as we grew past 100 employees across 10 countries. Today, our multi-national HR department provides services for 17 countries spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific. With a growing number of over 275 employees and new operations on the horizon, we are looking to strengthen and develop our HR department to support the company’s continued growth.

Our HR team operates as an internationally decentralized model, designed to represent the diverse and global nature of our company. Remote work collaboration between team members, regular travel, and proactive communication across geographies are essential to our team’s success.

We work closely with all areas of the company, including our Centers of Excellence, Country Management, Finance & Operations, Marketing & Communication, and various insourced and/or outsourced partners.

About the position

As our new Reward & Analytics Advisor, you will work closely with our global senior expert in Reward & Analytics.

Your role will be key in supporting the company’s growth and our extensive talent movements, with a focus on being an employer of choice, while ensuring internal equity, long-term employee retention, and market competitiveness.

The key focus areas for this position are broad yet critical to the fast-growing environment in which we operate. As such, you will be responsible for several areas, with examples of your responsibilities within each including:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensuring remuneration practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Acting as technical expert in employee benefits and remuneration
  • Maintaining employee benefit schemes across our operations with local stakeholders and payrolls
  • Supporting market remuneration benchmarking, salary simulations, and total employment cost estimates
  • Assisting with compensation review and HR budget cycle processes

Data Analytics & HR Systems

  • Supporting the design and implementation of management reporting on all HR domains
  • Maintaining management reporting on people matters including, workforce planning, employment costs, recruitment, training, employee movements, social reporting (ESG)
  • Contributing to the digitalization of HR processes and tools, including HRIS

Payroll Support

  • Acting as support to HR and Finance & Operations for local/international payroll across various countries

HR projects & team support

  • Contributing to HR projects and process optimization, ensuring operational excellence
  • Providing support to all areas and members of the HR department

This global position will ideally be based in Oslo, out of our Norwegian office, allowing for partial remote work and involving regular travel to other countries.

This position will service all countries within The RiskPoint Group. As we are organized in a matrix structure, you will directly report to our Group Human Resources Director, with a dotted line to the relevant country manager.

You need to be able to work under pressure and with challenging deadlines and projects. Problem-solving is also an important aspect for this position with a strong orientation for figures, data accuracy and quality work, as well proactive action taking upon commitments.

The nature and wide geographical scope of the position require you to be dedicated and flexible in terms of working hours. Our business complexity and fast-response times require proactivity and persistence.

We hope you have:

  • Skills equivalent to a Bachelor Degree, or 3-5 years relevant working experience within compensation and benefits matters within an international environment
  • Impeccable ability to deal with confidentiality, highest integrity, and ethical standards
  • The maturity and personal understanding to deal with people and compensation matters in a neutral and impartial way
  • Proficiency in relevant IT tools such as HRIS systems, Office 365, and advanced Ms Excel. Mastering of Power BI is an asset
  • Understanding of, or interest in, the insurance business.

However, the most important attribute is your attitude and dedication to the job and to feel at home in an informal entrepreneurial company culture where tools, structures and processes are still under construction

We work across borders, so we expect you to have great communication skills and be highly proficient in both oral and written English. Besides Norwegian, knowledge of one additional language such as Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, or Finnish would be an ideal asset to the team (although not a requirement).
