We are looking for a great manager. A team-leader that will motivate, guide, support, and help develop a team of young people. We need someone with drive, passion, and enthusiasm to help us deliver. A person that is able to bring a group of people together and lead them to exceed expectations. You have 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The type of insurance is not important. But you have previously led a small team of people and have enjoyed doing so!

Who Are We?

The RiskPoint Group is a global Managing General Underwriter (MGU) providing best-in-class insurance solutions backed by the insurance companies we act on behalf of.

Based in our brand new office in central Stockholm, you will become part of our growing cyber team that includes underwriting and cyber engineering. Right now, our Cyber team is comprised of 20 people located in the Nordics and across Europe, but as we are hiring for several positions, we will soon be more people. We are committed to the field of cyber and are constantly growing our presence in our target markets.

The Position

In the role as Cyber Manager, Sweden, you will lead a team of cyber underwriters. Although your team works with cyber insurance, knowledge of the cyber field is not essential for your role. If you have experience with cyber or cyber insurance, great. If you do not, we will teach you. We are looking for the right person more than anything

The role involves daily communication with key stakeholders, such as insurance brokers, the cyber management team, country manager, distribution, managers of other lines of business, and our international carriers.

You must be service-minded and enjoy building relationships and networks as well as thrive in communicating and socializing with internal and external stakeholders from various countries and operations.

We have recently launched Cyber*, which is a package of services that will make cyber insurance and improved cybersecurity services accessible to all organizations and businesses. You will become a key figure in delivering this offering to Swedish companies of all sizes and industry segments.

The role will report to the Head of Cyber.

To be successful in RiskPoint, you are energetic, ambitious, and have an entrepreneurial personality that will contribute to the continued growth and success of our company. You are capable of handling complex tasks, have a service-minded working method, and able to manage work relationships.

Previous people leadership experience is a must for this position.

At least 2-5 years of insurance knowledge and experience is preferred. Experience with business development and sales is also beneficial to this role.

Speaking and writing a high level of Swedish and English is a must.
