The RiskPoint Group Strengthens HR Centre of Excellence
We are delighted to announce the expansion of our Global Human Resources team, with the arrival of Samantha Whitmore as HR Talent Advisor per 1st June 2024 and Marie-Louise Rasmussen, as HR Operations Advisor Nordics per 1st August 2024.
The Human Resources function within the RiskPoint Group was set up in April 2021 when the company reached a workforce of around 100 employees. Our multi-national HR team services all our locations across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific in a fast-paced, expanding business. With 250 employees today and highly ambitious growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our HR Center of Excellence in terms of talent development and employment operational efficiency.
Samantha will be a key player in the design of the best practices as we strive to become the Employer of Choice, primarily servicing the business with hiring, people learning and development, career and succession planning, performance management, coaching, DEI and wellbeing. Samantha brings international professional experience since 2008 in various business domains ranging from business development, training, business management, talent management and Human Resources across the nutrition, property and music sectors.
Marie-Louise will support our local operations for payroll, employment law and personnel administration in our four Nordic locations (DK, NOR, SWE, FIN), creating consistency, scaling and process efficiency in those domains. Marie-Louise brings with her a Master in HR Management and experience in HR Operations from the Management Consulting world.
The HR team is structured on an international decentralized operating model to better represent all areas of the company. Samantha will bring a British touch to our team and be based in our Amsterdam office although her role will have a global scope. Marie-Louise reflects our Nordic roots and service the four Nordic countries from our Copenhagen office.
We are thrilled to welcome Samantha and Marie-Louise to the team. Their combined diverse market experience brings new creative insights and support the extraordinary international growth of our company in its journey towards a people, service and operational excellence focus. Samantha and Marie-Louise will both be key players in moving up another level as the Employer of Choice.
