RiskPoint Group Appoints New Group CUO, Director of Finance & Operations, and Welcomes New Country Manager for Denmark
RiskPoint Group has experienced significant growth over the past years. We are determined and have ambitions to further strengthen our value proposition within our different lines of businesses and across territories. As part of our evolution, we have established a new Group Chief Underwriting Officer function.
We are pleased to announce that Ulrik Evers has been appointed as our new Group CUO. Ulrik is one of the founding partners of RiskPoint and has served as Director of Finance & Operations since 2011.
Thomas Boutrup will replace Ulrik Evers as Director of Finance & Operations. Thomas rejoined RiskPoint Group in the beginning of 2021 as Country Manager for RiskPoint Denmark following 3 years in a similar position in a domestic insurance company. Prior to this, Thomas spend 6 years with RiskPoint.
To replace Thomas Boutrup, we are thrilled to welcome Ester Hofman-Bang as new Country Manager for RiskPoint Denmark per 1st of April. Ester has more 20 years of experience and previously worked as a CCO at Söderberg & Partners as well as Head of Large Sales for If insurance company.
The new CUO is an important investment for the future of RiskPoint Group and I cannot think of a better fit than Ulrik, who has been an incremental part of growing our business to where we are today. Thomas has proven an exceptional asset to the Group and been a vital part of growing our Danish operations and I am confident he will succeed in his new role. Ester is bringing a lot of experience in leading performance focused teams driven by quality delivery, stakeholder management and people nurturing and I am thrilled that she will be putting those skills to good use at the RiskPoint Group.
