Group Marketing & Communications Coordinator

We are searching for a Group Marketing & Communications Coordinator, to join our Business Development team in Denmark. You will manage content and branding projects, working with multiple stakeholders across the business and the globe. This position will allow you to be creative and drive our Marketing and Communication efforts forward.

About the team

Our Group office is located in central Copenhagen, home to approximately 100 employees, covering both Group functions and local functions related to the Danish market and business.

You will become part of the Business Development team, comprising 8 experts specializing in distribution, digital distribution, and marketing and communications. You will work closely with your manager and a marketing coordinator to drive our global marketing and communication initiatives.

As part of a small team, we are hands-on, driving processes and projects both independently, and in collaboration with each other.

About the position

As our new Group Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be essential in enhancing the marketing and communications efforts across our 16 locations in Europe, United States and Asia Pacific. As a Group function, across a multinational company, the role requires outstanding written and oral fluency in English, as well as Danish language proficiency. Other language skills are a plus.

Your main objective will be to support our branding activities across all client touchpoints, and service the needs of the business with marketing materials.

The role requires solid interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management, to support the tasks and requirements of our many stakeholders, including product owners, country managers and Group functions, such as HR and IT.

You will have the opportunity to influence and shape your role, dependent on your qualifications, interests and the needs of the company.

Examples of responsibilities include:

  • Creation, design and maintenance of marketing materials in accordance with visual guidelines, to support business needs (one pagers, product sheets, presentations, videos etc.)
  • Development of internal guides, tools and templates to ensure consistent branded content
  • Coordination of LinkedIn content, posts, and KPIs
  • Updates and maintenance of website content and news
  • Delivery of strategic marketing and communication projects to enhance our global and local efforts

It is essential that you are structured and understand how to manage and prioritize your tasks, with attention to detail.

We hope you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 2-5 years of marketing and communications experience preferably from B2B companies
  • Project management expertise, coordinating and managing projects from A-Z
  • Experience with stakeholder management and an ability to build trusting relationships
  • Good communication skills and excellent written and oral fluency in both English and Danish
  • Proficiency in copywriting and using correct grammar in English and Danish
  • Proven ability to manage social media accounts, including content calendar development, posting and setting KPIs (LinkedIn experience is an advantage)
  • Background in website content updates and maintenance (knowledge of WordPress is an advantage)
  • Strong skills in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics (Ability to use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage)
  • Competence in Office 365 (PowerPoint and Word in particular)
  • An international outlook and experience working across borders
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry is a plus
