About Your Team
You will become part of our Application Team which sits within the wider global IT department. Our current team consists of seven people mostly based in the Copenhagen head office, with two working remotely.
We work in a dynamic, agile setup, with daily stand-ups, close collaboration, and a strong team-oriented mindset where knowledge sharing and mutual support are part of our daily work.
What Will You Do?
To succeed in this role, you need a structured and analytical mindset, combined with curiosity and the confidence to ask the right questions. You should be able to connect the dots between business and technology, turning complexity into clarity. While some tasks require close collaboration with developers, support teams, or external vendors, others will be managed independently.
You will engage regularly with colleagues from various departments and play a vital role in bridging business goals with technical execution. You will have many opportunities to make a difference, take responsibility, excel, and grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops
- Analyzing data and workflows to identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement
- Translating business needs into clear specifications for improvement, development and implementation
- Participating in system testing, validation, and rollout of new features or enhancements
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery
- Supporting end-users during change processes with training, documentation, and guidance
- Involvement in support-related tasks, to gain a deeper understanding of the systems and processes

This position will be based in Copenhagen and is office based.
About You
We are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. Similarly, a willingness to take responsibility, ownership, and accountability for your tasks, as well as being curious, open to learning, and willing to take on new challenges, is key. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be reliable, solution-focused, adaptable, and have clear communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A University degree, preferably within computer science, information studies, digital management, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-4 years in a Business Analyst, or similar role
- Understanding of business processes within finance, insurance, or similar industries is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with business or system analysis, requirement gathering, or process mapping
- A strong interest in user-focused solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, or functional specifications
- Conceptual understanding of integrations, APIs, and how systems interact
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms to manage tasks and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
You must have current residency in Denmark with the necessary work and residency permits in place before applying.
Spoken and written fluency in English is essential for this role, together with a basic understanding of, or fluency in, Danish. Other languages are an advantage.
