Transactional Risk Strengthens Team with Key Promotions
As RiskPoint Transactional Risk continues its global expansion, we are strengthening our platform through targeted structural refinements that support sustainable growth and enhance underwriting quality worldwide.
With 65+ specialized underwriters spread across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, our fully integrated Transactional Risk team offers a comprehensive product suite with extensive knowledge and substantial deal-making experience across a wide array of sectors and industries.
Tanya Nash has been promoted to Chief Underwriting Officer, Transactional Risk. This global role formalizes her leadership across the platform and supports the continuing strategic development of our Transactional Risk offering. She will oversee complex risks and cross-border coverage features, drive global broker and PE relationship coordination and lead product and coverage development, working with Executive Management, Nikolai Djupesland and Arndt Reinhard, and our North America and International Regional Leaders to strengthen global alignment.
Astrid O’Reilly has broadened the scope of her current role to oversee both EMEA and APAC as Head of Transactional Risk, International. In close collaboration with Maria Steeples, Head of Transactional Risk, APAC and the regional leaders across EMEA, Astrid will be responsible for leading the continued positive trajectory of RiskPoint Transactional Risk, International.

Astrid joined RiskPoint in early 2019 with the strategic objective of establishing our presence in the Asia-Pacific region and has played a central role in driving the globalization of our business. With over 12 years of transactional risk underwriting experience across EMEA and APAC, Astrid brings great expertise to her role.
